The organisers of the 5th Asian Beach Games (ABG5) have launched a photo competition entitled ‘ABG5, Shining Sea – Bright Future’, and it is running until 15 October.
The competition is open to any amateur or professional domestic or foreign photographers and reporters. Entries must either reflect impressive and amazing moments from the ABG5 competitions, the beauty of the local beaches, or the exciting cultural activities during ABG5. Contestants are encouraged to send creative and inspiring pictures which they have taken between 15 September and 15 October.
Each contestant can upload a maximum of 10 single photos and 3 photo reportages, either in colour or black and white, to www.photoabg5.com, or send them to the email address at photoabg5@gmail.com.
Entries are scheduled to be judged from 16 – 30 October. The awards ceremony is scheduled to be held late November.
The first prize winner will receive 15 million VND, whilst 2 second prizes of 10 million VND each and 3 third prizes of 7 million VND each will also be awarded. In addition, there will be 10 consolation prizes of 3 million VND each.
