Guests will uncover a “Vietnamese Culinary Map,” featuring regional specialties such as Mi Quang, Cao Lau, Banh Xeo, Nem Lui, Goi Ca, Bun Cha Ha Noi, Banh Cuon, Smoked Mountain Pork, Five-colored Sticky Rice, Bamboo-tube Rice, and Grilled Chicken.
