Now underway is the installation of mobile toilets at the competition venues, the relocation of newly-planted trees at the Phuong Trang site, and the repairing of road surfaces to ease the travelling of the participating athletes.

The authorities of the Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son districts are responsible for creating car and motorcycle parking areas, with a focus on ensuring security and displaying the parking fees at the T20 beach area.

The electricity supply system is now ready for the opening and closing ceremonies, and for broadcasting the ABG5 events.

Mr Tran Duc Phan, Deputy Director of the National Sports Administration and Head of ABG5’s Technical Sub-Board, stressed the need for construction units to quickly deal with any water pump problems at the competition venues, and to re-check the playing areas for bowles and petanque.

An appeal for public donations is being made by the city authorities to decorate the main stage at the opening ceremony.  The Hoang Long Yen Tourism Company has been asked to remove its kiosks at the East Sea Park before 13 September in order to ensure the progress of construction there.

After 4 days of competition, the 2016 National Beach Volleyball Pre-ABG5 has concluded at My Khe Beach.
