Grand Opening HealthyFarm Shop & Paws Cafe
Initially driven by determination to address the alarming food security problems in Vietnam, the HealthyFarm Farmers Market has now become a well-known and anticipated event amongst the clean, safe food community in Danang.
After 11 editions of the farmers market, Healthy Farm’s vision is to promote clean food, encourage sustainable farming practices and make naturally grown food more affordable and accessible.
Throughout 11 markets, our vendors have sold approximately 11 tonnes of clean food to a total of 13,000 visitors.
Always in search of new initiatives,the HealthyFarm team has been working hard over the past few months conceptualize and construct our first retail location! HealthyFarm is proud to announce the opening of our first store which will sell local, natural produce from trusted smallholder farms in Central Vietnam and Kon Tum and products.
In addition, we have also teamed up with Paws for Compassion, a non-profit focused on animal education in the region, to create the Paws Cafe with healthy menu options.
The Grand Opening will offer free samples from our menu, discounts, kid friendly activities, music and much more! Customers can enjoy buying fresh produce, products and will get a first glimpse at our shop which was constructed using a used shipping container.
The HealthyFarm mission, that has been portrayed at all of our farmers markets, is to to bring the clean and safe produce at affordable prices to consumers. Our new shop will continue this mission with providing customers with access to our wide-range of local produce, handmade products and food from farms and producers across central Vietnam everyday.
We hope to welcome Danang citizens, expats and tourists to join us for the HealthyFarm Grand Opening on March 1, 2018 between 11:00-18:00 at 59 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan!
