The Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with those from another 11 localities nationwide, will attend the Viet Nam Sea and Islands Culture and Tourism Week 2014 in Ha Noi from 20 – 24 November.
The city department’s 32m2 stand will display images of local cultural relics, tourist attractions, festivals, beautiful landscapes, the daily lives of local residents, and the sustainable and ecological tourism potential of the area. In addition, information about the country’s sea and islands, local sea and river tourism tours, hotels and tourist destinations, souvenirs, and specialities will be displayed at the event.
This year’s event aims to advertise and honour the cultural values of the country’s sea and islands to citizens nationwide and our international friends, as well as to appeal for more investment in seaside and island localities.
