On 31 December, 2016 and 01 January, 2017 nights, the Department of Culture and Sports organized the Parade with the participation from different Departments and Divisions to celebrate the 20th anniversary of centrally-governed city.
Despite the weather, the colorful decorated cars still emphasized the features as well as achievements of different departments and divisions in recent years.
