6 more countries eligible for e-visa to Vietnam
According to Resolution 124/NQ-CP, six more countries have been added to list of nationalities eligible for e-visa to Vietnam: Australia, UAE, Canada, India, The Netherlands and New Zealand.
In total, there are 46 countries whose citizens can apply for e-visa to travel to Vietnam. The process of obtaining an e-visa is as follows:
– Connect to www.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn or www.immigration.gov.vn to fill in application form, upload photo and copy of passport.
– Receive electronic code and pay e-visa fee to account listed in the website
After 3 working days from all documents are submitted and visa fee is paid, Vietnam Immigration will process and reply to applicants on the website.
Applicants can use electronic code to track the results of Vietnam Immigration on the website. If the e-visa is available, applicant can use electronic code to print out the visa.
