Located in the main hall of the Reception Building and as the main restaurant, open all day, Table 88 caught guests’ attention by its luxurious space with marble, bronze interior and liberal open kitchen. This is the perfect place to start your day with a nutritious buffet breakfast with the view to the green lawn and the infinity pool facing the deep blue ocean.

This November, Table 88 Restaurant launches a new menu designed and made by skillful chef Warwick Thomas. The new menu is based on unique traditional Quang cuisine and the diversity of international cuisine with fresh ingredients and signature flavors to indulge all senses of diners.

Featured in the menu is local cuisine in cooperation with Helen Le, the hotel’s Culinary Ambassador, who inspires foodies via the “Helen’s Recipes” channel on YouTube. 

Together with Helen Le, Table 88 also serves Pho and Quang Noodles, the signature dishes of Vietnamese and Central cuisine. 

Another great choice of Vietnamese cuisine at this restaurant is the famous Cao Lau of Hoi An or Bun Cha Ha Noi, which bring a variety of cuisines from all over Vietnam.

For international cuisine, Asian dishes such as Indian curry with yellow sauce, chewy potatoes and lentils, spicy tuna sushi and colorful Korean mixed rice are good options you would not miss at Table 88.

For European cuisine lover, the sweet crab cakes are the greate combination between crispy crab meat and butter, or ciabatta burgers with turkey, bacon, cheese for guests who prefer a quick lunch, or steamed seabass with white tender served with olive sauce.
