The Vietnam Golf Association has officially set the qualification for golfers who wish to attend the first tournament of the Asian Development Tour held in Vietnam – BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022.
The professional tournament by the Asian Development Tour (ADT) – BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 will take place from August 29th to September 2nd at BRG Danang Golf Resort. This is an official event in the Golf Tourism Festival organized by Danang City, under the patronage of the Vietnam Golf Association and accompanied by the title sponsor – BRG Group.
With a bonus fund of 75,000 USD, BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 will have 144 golfers participating, of which there are 22 Vietnamese golfers, including 15 players by the Vietnam Golf Association and 7 others invited by the sponsor.
Truong Chi Quan could be attending the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022.
In order to ensure the best preparation for the tournament, the Vietnam Golf Association has recently announced the criteria for 15 slots of participation for golfers who meet the following conditions:
– 05 Vietnamese professional golfers who are in the top 5 on the bonus ranking of VGA Tour 2022.
– 10 amateur golfers who are members of the national golf team; top 5 Vietnamese golfers on the world amateur ranking (WAGR); top 3 Vietnam Amateur Open Golf Championship 2022; Winner of the U15, U18, U21 Men’s Event of the National Youth Championship 2022.
Amateur golfers participating in the tournament will be exempted from competition fees, professional golfers will pay a fee of 5 million VND. The Vietnam Golf Association will receive registrations from golfers until 5:00 p.m on August 12th, 2022.
