- A total of 93 NEGATIVE tests for the new strain of Corona virus.
- There has been no positive case for the new strain of Corona virus.
- Currently, the health of suspected cases is temporarily stable and is being closely monitored.
- 28 community cases are also supervised. All of them are in normal condition.
- On February 9, the Center for Disease Control of the City monitored 129 aircraft; the number of passengers entered through the border was 5,914 people. There were 05 cases detected of coming back from within 14 days, but there were no signs of suspected infectious disease. These cases are being monitored in the community.

- There are 68 NEGATIVE cases of the new strain of Coronavirus.
- None positive case of new strain of Coronavirus.
- The health of all cases are stable and have been recovering well.
- There are 28 cases under outpatient treatment. All is healthy.Quarantines and preparation
The Ministry of Health issued Decision No. 322 / QD-BYT on 6th Feb 2020 issuing guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory infections caused by new strain of Coronavirus (2019-nCov), replacing Decision No. 125 / QD-BYT on 16th January, 2019.
– This morning (8th Feb), Ministry of Health holds online conference guiding treatment and prevention of Coronavirus.
City People’s Committee has established Examination group for the prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of Coronavirus in Da Nang city, led by Vice Chairman of Danang People’s Committee – Le Trung Chinh (Decision No. 437 / QD-UBND on 7th Feb, 2020).
- On 7th Feb 2020, the Center for Disease Control of the City supervised 130 aircrafts and 02 ships. The number of passengers on arrival was 7,270 people, detected 1 case of passengers with signs of mild fever, not from an epidemic area, under observation in the community.
- Up to now, district health centers have sprayed Chloramin B chemical to disinfect the environment to prevent acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of Corona virus at 543 schools, 65 markets, the Central Bus Station and 345 other establishments in the city.
Regarding isolation, monitoring and treatment, Department of Health has issued Official Letter No. 294 / SYT-NVY on 6th Feb, 2020 on the implementation of Official Letter No. 600 / UBND-VHXH of the City People’s Committee and Notice No. 40 / TB-VP of the DPRH Office and People’s Council, People’s Committee.
