Da Nang, June 4, 2025 – In an effort to ensure safety and timely response to emergency situations during the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025, the People’s Committee of Da Nang has issued Decision No. 1644/QD-UBND dated May 28, 2025, establishing an Emergency Response Command Center at the fireworks launch area.
Following this decision, the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang has requested relevant departments, district-level People’s Committees, local press agencies, and online information platforms to help publicize the emergency hotline as follows:

Purpose: These hotlines serve as a direct communication channel for citizens, local authorities, and units to report incidents, accidents, or disasters that may occur during the organization of DIFF 2025.
Operating Hours: From 7:00 PM until 30 minutes after the fireworks conclude on each show day, from May 31 to July 13, 2025.
DIFF 2025 is not only a major international cultural event for Da Nang but also an opportunity to showcase the city’s capacity for professional and safe event organization. The establishment of this emergency hotline is a crucial step in ensuring public safety and proactive incident management.
